5. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure the package is returned to us. We cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.
NOTE: BornonEarthkids.com is not responsible for any shipping charges which occur from a return. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries. However, we will give a full refund on a credit card for the amount of the item purchased. Once your package has been received at our returns department, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account. SHIPPING NOTE BornonEarthkids.com ships via UPS. We offer UPS Ground, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select. Items are usually shipped next business day and have a transit time of approximately 2 days to major metropolitan areas, and 3 days to more rural areas. We do not process orders on the weekend, so orders placed on Friday usually ship out on Monday. Please note that while UPS is always fast and accurate, the arrival time is not guaranteed. |
